Finance Staff Controller (SAP System)

Location: North Jakarta

Industry: Marine Logistic (Oil&Gas) - State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN)

Specific Condition: 1 Year Contract

We are looking for a Finance Controller Staff (SAP System) to support the management and control of the companys financial activities by preparing accurate financial reports (P&L, COGS, and balance sheet), conducting budget analysis, and monitoring daily financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance or any related field (Graduates from top universities are highly preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in in Finance (experience with BUMN are highly preferred).

• Experienced using SAP is a must.  

• Hands on experience in handling monthly financial reports (P&L, COGS, and balance sheets), as well as supporting budgeting and RKAP.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

• Review and validate financial transaction postings in the SAP system.

• Support the preparation of RKAP and monitor budget realization.

• Daily Cash flow report, daily financial report to portal, input daily transaction to a journal SAP system.

• Monitor and verify cash in & out, Maintain GL ensure all transaction are recorded correctly.
