Seeking for potential Financial Wealth Managers who are strongly motivated and have strong courage to build the succeed career path into a real time entrepreneurship and able to lead, motivate and develop team to join us

 Responsibilities :

• To recruit and build potential team

• To lead, motivate and develop a strong committed team to achieve the sales target

• To help solve challenges in daily activities that will be face by the team

• To coach the team to boost up their skills set on client profiling and business advisory

 Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in any major

• Based in Surabaya

• Min 5 years experiences in bank assurance/insurance industry, business and sales background/related (most preferred)

• Experience with building and leading a sales team

• Excellent analytical thinking, target oriented and team development

• Excellent networking skill
