Flight Ticketing Officer and sales (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings
• Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets
• Provide fare quotations, schedules, and travel options to clients
• Ensure 100% accuracy in bookings and customer records
• Keep up-to-date with airline rules, promotions, and fare regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service pre- and post-ticketing
• Communicate with international customers online and offline that leads to sales
• Respond to phone and email enquiries
• Knowledge of companys products and services

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in flight ticketing (preferred)
• Min. a diploma or degree holder
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to communicate with international walk-in customers that leads to sales
• Experience in handling flight booking enquiries is a plus
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work hard and learn new skills
