Job Title: 

Frontend Engineer

About The Role: 

The Frontend Engineer is responsible for developing user-facing features, ensuring optimal web page design and performance, writing efficient and reusable code, and working closely with backend and other teams to deliver high-quality applications.

What Will You Do: 

  • Participate in a Scrum team and take responsibility for frontend development within the team.

  • Actively contribute to the product development lifecycle to ensure that design and implementation align with product goals.

  • Develop responsive and efficient user interfaces using Angular best practices.

  • Write and maintain well-designed, efficient, and testable code in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Perform unit tests and ensure that frontend applications meet quality standards.

  • Prepare and produce releases of software components in collaboration with other teams.

  • Ensure high availability and performance of frontend applications.

  • Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.

  • Provide support, training, and guidance to other team members.

  • Support continuous improvement by investigating new frontend technologies and tools.

  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Ensure continuous professional self-development by staying updated on the latest industry trends.

Soft Skill Requirements:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-department projects.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to learning and mentoring other team members.

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with responsive design for web and mobile applications.

  • Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and optimizing frontend performance.

  • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., unit testing, automation).

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
