Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled  Full Stack Web Developer to lead the  redevelopment of  our companys digital presence.  In this  role,  you  will be responsible for  building scalable, secure, and maintainable web  applications, with  the  flexibility  to  choose the  most suitable technologies (e.g., Laravel, PHP, or WordPress) based on project requirements.

You will work closely with our internal team and stakeholders, but should also be comfortable taking initiative and working independently to drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

-  Lead the redevelopment and ongoing maintenance of our company website.

-  Design, build,  and maintain scalable, secure, and reusable web  applications with  testable code and proper documentation.

-  Collaborate  with  internal  stakeholders  to  gather  requirements  and  translate them  into functional features.

-  Implement user-friendly layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with responsiveness and usability in mind.

-  Work  independently to deliver production-ready code, and collaborate with a dedicated UI/ UX Designer once they are onboarded.

-  Set up and manage version control and CI/CD workflows  (GitHub/GitLab).

-  Integrate APIs, CMS features, booking systems, and third-party services as needed.

-  Optimize website performance, SEO structure, and security.

Requirements:

-  Minimum  2+ years of professional full-stack web  development experience.

-  Strong PHP backend skills, with  hands-on experience in Laravel  or  the  ability  to  work  with

WordPress (e.g., for custom integrations).

-  Solid  front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3,  JavaScript, responsive  frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).

-  Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.

-  Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

-  Familiar with CI/CD tools,  version control systems (GitHub, GitLab).

-  Knowledge of secure coding practices, data validation, and input sanitization.

-  Able to manage priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

-  Strong logical  thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing project scopes.

-  Excellent communication skills and willingness to work closely  with designers and other non- technical roles.

-  Self-motivated with a high  willingness to learn  and contribute beyond the code when needed.
