About the Job

Job Description:

  • Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department.

  • Ensures that technology solutions meet business requirements.

  • Analyzes business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Gathers and documents functional requirements.

  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Supports the successful implementation and optimization of software applications and business systems.

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of both business operations and technical systems.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a functional/business analyst role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.

  • Familiarity with enterprise/internal systems and business process analysis.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and writing functional specifications.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to read and interpret process flows and system diagrams.

  • Familiarity with change management and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Karawaci
