Key Responsibilities:
Work Environment MaintenanceEnsure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment by coordinating routine maintenance, cleaning services, and necessary repairs.
Asset and Inventory ManagementOversee company assets and inventory, maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper storage and utilization of materials and equipment.
Budget and Procurement ManagementManage the general affairs budget effectively; prepare budget proposals, monitor expenditures, and control costs. Lead procurement activities for office supplies, services, and equipment in compliance with company policies.
Office Administration ManagementCoordinate daily office operations, including communication systems, mail handling, meeting arrangements, and general support services for staff.
Office Facility ManagementManage office facilities to ensure functionality and comfort, including space planning, vendor management for facility services, and compliance with safety regulations.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Facilities Management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in budgeting, procurement processes, and vendor management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
