GENERAL MANAGERS (GM) for VARIOUS BUSINESS UNITS

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY

1 Review and reestablish the companys vision, mission and strategy as well as organizational culture which will become a reference for all leaders, employees and management.

2. Complete the companys organizational structure and create business plans and development in accordance with the companys strategy for both markets and customers.

3. Determine the duties, functions, rights and obligations as well as goals and targets in each division/department. 4. Carry out management, business optimization and routine and measurable supervision of strategic plans that have been determined at the beginning and implemented in each division/department per day, per week, per month and per year.

5. Responsible for fulfilling business unit and individual KPI. and managing the companys multiple business units, ensuring the achievement of established performance and financial goals

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Minimum S1 education in any major with maximum age 45 years.

2. We are seeking individuals with at least five (5) years of proven career experience at the General Manager or Director level, possessing a strong command of their chosen business domain, specifically:

2.1 A proven Leader with a strong track record in managing warehouse storage, trucking, and logistics business units.

2.2 A proven Leader with a strong track record in managing business units focused on the distribution of retail/wholesale businesses across traditional, modern, and digital platforms (experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in childrens hobbies, is a significant advantage). Having a business network or trading experience at national and international levels will be an added value.

2.3 A proven Leader with a strong track record in managing business units within the export and import trade.

2.4 A proven Leader with a strong track record in managing business units from the manufacturing stage through to the sale of medical devices.

2.5 A proven Leader with a strong track record in managing business units within the taxation and finance fields.

3. Have strategic planning skills, superior comprehensive abilities, good communication and negotiation.

4. Able to carry out management with an integrated system.

5. Have a growth mindset and be able to communicate and work together well and proactively encourage team performance to achieve targets.

6. Have good integrity and professionalism.
