Job Requirement

  • Candidates must at least possess a Bachelors Degree from Graphic Design.

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with preference given to candidates with property industry experience. 

  • Proficiency in design tools i.e Photoshop, Premiere, etc

  • Having a great interpersonal communications and presentations skill to communicate with both internal and external parties.

  • Having an analytical and creative mind with great attention to detail.

  • Photography and videography skill are a plus point.

Job Description:

  • Creating design content that attractive enough for our target market.and help accommodate sales needs.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key collaborators (e.g., print vendor, etc).

  • Ensure compliance for the design standard with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.

  • Documenting events and creating event highlights for social media purposes.

  • Provide regular updates to the Marcom Manager for every project that has been run.
