HR Manager
Qualifications:
More than 5 years of experience in F&B retail or restaurant industry
Proven ability to develop and implement an HRIS system from the ground up
Fluent in English
Willing to be placed in BSD City (Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & OnboardingLead end-to-end hiring for restaurant roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Employee Relations & EngagementServe as a trusted point of contact for staff issues and concerns. Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace environment, and handle employee relations with fairness and confidentiality.
HR Compliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate employee records, ensure labor law compliance, and manage HR policies including contracts, time-off, discipline, and performance reviews.
Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development, ensuring consistency in service standards and operational procedures.
Payroll & Benefits CoordinationWork closely with the finance team or payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll. Administer employee benefits and leave tracking.
