Job Descriptions:
- Prepare project data for feasibility study calculations in accordance with the standards set by the company.
- Compile and analyze project development reports in the Residential area of ??BSD 1 on a regular basis.
- Compiling, reviewing and analyzing the selling price of each product to be approved by Top Management in accordance with the approved Feasibility Study.
- Create, process and analyze the annual sales plan to prepare the annual budget.
- Prepare and check the architectural drawings needed to create promotional brochures and mockups.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Majoring in Civil Engineering and Architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Technical Planning or 2 years as same position (Product Development).
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, ETABS).
- Ability to analyze market trends and property developments.
- Knowledge of architectural arts and techniques.
- Supervisory Skill.
- Having knowledge in Product Development, Technical Planning, Working Drawing and Structure Material.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
