Guest Relations Executive

Job Description

  • Assist department with daily property activities and promotions.
  • Encourage and assist guest to perform mobile check in and check out in the hotel.
  • Perform role as Front Office Executive and assist guest check in, check out and handling guest enquiries.
  • Perform role as a Concierge and advise guest or resident with accurate tourist information.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and feedback.
  • To communicate and coordinate daily affairs with all departments, staff and Managers.
  • Check, follow up and coordinate daily affairs.
  • Assist Guest Service Manager and department to comply with Front Office policies and procedures.
  • Anticipating guest needs and requests, and creating memorable experiences through.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Guest Service Manager or higher management.

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma in related hospitality / customer service discipline or above.
  • Knowledge and familiar to Property Fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service in hotel environment.
  • Good communicator and and possess interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 5 days work week (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) and willing to work 9 hours day scheduled shift.
