- Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, including 2 years as Head Chef.
- Strong background in Indonesian (especially Balinese) and Italian cuisine.
- Skilled in creating authentic and modern dishes from both traditions.
- Experienced in menu planning, costing, and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory control.
- Creative, passionate about food, and able to develop innovative menus.
- Good communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia or Italian is a plus).
- Culinary degree or diploma preferred.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
