Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 -15 years of experience on managerial level in property or facility management, preferably within an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of industrial operations, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and environmental health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in English written & verbally, understanding Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with property management especially in Industrial Estate
