Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance, you will lead and oversee the companys entire finance function. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can drive financial clarity, ensure compliance, and support the companys growth through sound financial planning and execution.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and drive short-term and long-term financial planning

• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial discipline

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS)

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities

• Liaise with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity

• Optimize working capital and maintain healthy banking relationships

• Develop treasury strategies aligned with business needs

Tax & Compliance

• Ensure timely and compliant tax filings and payments

• Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary financial controls

• Maintain full compliance with all financial and legal requirements

Cost Management & Operational Efficiency

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve overall financial efficiency

• Analyze business performance and identify areas for financial optimization

Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic finance partner to department heads and leadership

• Support investment decisions, financial modeling, and scenario planning

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team

• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or CA certification is a plus)

• 5-8 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations in Indonesia

• Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills

• Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing environments

• Proficient in financial systems and data analysis tools

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
