Head of Geothermal Subsurface

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Geothermal Subsurface with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or other relevant disciplines; a PhD is a plus.

2. Minimum 15 years of experience in geothermal or subsurface exploration.

3. Proven experience managing geothermal subsurface studies including geology, geophysics, and geochemistry.

4. Strong technical background in GGGR (Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, and Reservoir Engineering) with hands-on experience in geothermal well targeting and reservoir assessment.

5. Demonstrated experience in drilling operations and exploration strategy development.

6. Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.

7. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

8. Experience working with regulatory bodies and third-party consultants or experts for peer reviews.

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead and oversee all subsurface-related activities across three geothermal fields, ensuring data-driven and strategic development.

2. Conduct and manage research on GGGR (Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, and Reservoir) across the assigned geothermal assets.

3. Supervise and maintain ongoing geological surveys to support exploration and development efforts.

4. Review and assess reservoir conditions across the three geothermal fields to inform drilling and development strategies.

5. Lead well-targeting planning and execution, integrating input from multidisciplinary teams.

6. Coordinate peer review sessions with internal and external geothermal experts to validate findings and recommendations.

7. Provide technical oversight and leadership to teams of geologists, geochemists, and geophysicists across all geothermal sites.

8. Oversee drilling exploration activities, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project timelines and objectives.

9. Collaborate closely with project managers, regulatory agencies, and external partners to support the success of geothermal exploration and development.
