Head of Human Capital

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Capital to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bandung, West Java. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of our human capital strategies, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What youll be doing

• Spearhead the design and execution of comprehensive human capital plans and initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning

• Provide expert advisory services to the executive team on all people-related matters, contributing to the achievement of our business objectives

• Lead, coach and mentor the human capital team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations and industry best practices

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address human capital-related challenges and opportunities

• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to enhance our employer brand and employee retention

• Implement robust people analytics to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate the impact of human capital investments

What were looking for

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in human capital management, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with business objectives

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building, coaching and motivating high-performing teams

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of people analytics to drive decision-making

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate qualification highly desirable
