Jobdesc :

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan in digital and non-digital forms to support the companys overall business objectives

• Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development

• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels, including the companys website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns

• Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuously optimise marketing strategies

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify the companys brand and reach

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative

Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven track record of at least 8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry

• Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use marketing data and insights to drive decision-making

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience in managing and leading a high-performing marketing team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development

• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation

• Placement in Bandung
