About the role

Join our dynamic team at KLINIK FERTILITAS BOCAH INDONESIA as the Head of Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and driving our marketing strategy to promote our industry-leading fertility services and cement our position as a leading provider in the North Jakarta Jakarta region. This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta Jakarta office.

What youll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive patient acquisition
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital, social media, content, and traditional advertising
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team to align marketing activities with the overall business objectives
  • Analyse marketing performance data and generate insights to optimise campaigns and strategies
  • Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or fertility industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
  • Experience leading and motivating a high-performing marketing team
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
