Job Description :
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the performance of network devices, communication devices, and other supporting equipment is in good condition.
- Understand TCP/IP, IP addressing, and LAN technology, including basic switching and routing.
- Has a solid understanding of network concepts and operating systems.
- Experienced in configuring Mikrotik, including Static Route and BGP.
- Proficient in basic networking concepts, VPN, and VLAN.
- Skilled in wireless networking, including Ruijie, Cisco Meraki, and Unifi.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Network Security.
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 (Associates Degree) or S1 (Bachelors Degree) in Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Experience in Customer Service or NOC for at least a year.
- Willing to work in shifts, including on holidays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the OSI Layer model, data communication protocols, internet network topology, and communication devices.
- Willing to be based in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
