HR Business Partner

What you will be doing:

·      Conducting complex new employees searches and selection process, support at all stages of recruitment

·      Attracting the best professionals in different product areas of the companys business, "market mapping" preparing

·      Organizing and executing quality onboarding process for new employees

·      Working with employees engagement, analyzing the reasons for employee turnover to reduce it

·      Proposing recommendations to increase employees job satisfaction,

·      Collaborating with managers to improve their teams efficiency and performance

·      Сoordinating and supporting internal communication, support of marketing dept in Indonesia

·      Building effective cross-cultural communication

·      Maintaining reporting and analytics on key HR-metrics

What we expect of you:

·      Experience in a recruiting agency or in-house recruitment from 3-5 years

·      Experience in complex search using non-standard recruitment tools

·      Fluent in English & Indonesian (spoken and written)

·      Knowledge of Indonesian labor law

·      Experience in company with cultural competency and diversity awareness approach (preferable)

·      Ability in building and maintaining strong employee relations in company

·      Influencing and Persuasion skills

·      Effective communication, positivity and active listening
