HR GA Manager

Qualification :

• Have more than 5 (five) years of human resource work experience;

• Have more than 3 (three) years experience in HR of telecommunication company

• Have good cross-cultural communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit

• Good writing skills and fluent English language skills

• Proficiency in using Word, Excel and other application software, PPT and other software to make training courseware

• Have a good knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law

• Have a good knowledge about Industrial relationship

Responsibilities:

1. Manage in day to day Recruitment process

2. Managing Payroll and Compensation Benefit

3. Managing Training and Development

4. Managing General Affairs
