HR Generalist
This role will partner closely with retail team and leaders to ensure HR practices align with business goals, while maintaining compliance, driving employee engagement, and enabling talent development across multiple store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from store employees and managers.
Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles (store staff, supervisors, etc.)
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and support store leadership in setting them up for success
Monitor completion of mandatory training and support career development initiatives for store teams.
Ensure the right compliance on HR Operations like; Maintain employee record, attendance, BPJS, and basic payroll queries for salary payment
Assist in performance review cycles, probation evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the retail industry.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to interact with frontline staff and senior leaders.
Problem-solving mindset with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, etc.)
