HR Legal Officer

PT Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Officer to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to our growing business, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will play a crucial part in the strategic and operational success of our company.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Law from a reputable university (min GPA 3.00)

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the legal field, especially in retail companies 

• Strong understanding corporate law, business contracts, litigation, and regulations related to the retail industry

• Experienced in resolving complex legal issues

• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have sharp analytical skills

• Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills

• Having an advocate license or other relevant certification will be an advantage

Job Description

• Prepare, review, and ensure the validity of company legal documents (contracts, agreements, MOUs, etc.)

• Develop internal company legal policies and ensure their implementation

• Provide legal opinions regarding company operations and decision making

• Provide legal consultation to management and related departments to support the Companys strategic decisions

• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations regarding company establishment

• Manage relationships with external parties, including notaries, lawyers and government agencies

• Oversee the resolution of legal cases involving the company

• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia

• Monitor relevant regulatory changes and provide recommendations for adjustments for the company
