3. Control of Inspection Work and Calibration;

4. Preventive Maintenance;

5. Maintenance Work Order;

6. Machine Breakdown;

7. Control and Assessment of Employee;

8. Implementation ISO System.

JOB SPECIPICATION

1. S1 in the field of Electrical Engineering with experience minimum 3 - 5 years in a Manufacturing Company;

2. Strong analytical thinking, high loyalties to the job and company, have the ability to operate a computer and running a program system and active English (both oral and written), active MANDARIN priority (Writing, speaking and listening) ;

3. Deep knowledge about electrical, instrumentation and process control, inspection and calibration, conceptual comprehension of production machine, product and practical knowledge in all aspects starting from planning, monitoring, analysis and coordination with other related sections and labor management;

4. Know and understand about PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, P&ID, Instrumentation Calibration and Ladder Diagram;

5. Input and able to make PLC, HMI, and VSD Programming (Siemens, Mitshubishi, Omron, Lenze, Schneider, Fatek, Weintek)

6. Understanding the fire protection equipment system implementation, Electrical Installation, Transformers, control drive and pneumatic & hydraulic system.

7. Experience handling Instrument & Automation
