HR Manager

About the role

As the HR Manager at Investland Bali Properties, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys people strategy and ensuring our talented team is supported and empowered to succeed. This full-time position is based in the vibrant city of Bali, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Oversee and implement all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored HR solutions

  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements

  • Lead the performance review process and provide coaching and feedback to employees

  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and other related administrative tasks

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that aligns with the companys values

  • Provide strategic HR advice to the management team to support the overall business objectives

What were looking for

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the property/real estate industry

  • Excellent understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
