Content Marketing
Role Summary:The content marketing role focuses on driving engagement and visibility through strategic, research-based content creation. This role involves conducting in-depth market research and analyzing trending search terms at both macro and micro marketing levels to inform content strategy. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality copy for new and existing property listings, as well as product and campaign descriptions. A key part of the role is optimizing digital performance metrics—including clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and bounce rates—to ensure sustained growth and visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all property listings are optimized with creative, high-quality, and SEO-friendly descriptions that attract potential guests and align with brand standards.
Regularly monitor listing performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and bookings, and update low-performing descriptions to improve engagement and conversions.
Complete all content creation and update assignments within the required deadlines, maintaining consistency and quality across all listings.
Work closely with the OTA Team and Revenue Team to align content strategies with pricing and distribution goals, ensuring consistent messaging and performance tracking.
Send regular reports on listing performance, including updates on impressions and click metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant teams.
Continuously improve content based on market trends, platform updates, and performance data to keep listings competitive and engaging.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging and persuasive content.
Prior experience in the hospitality or property management industry is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of content marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
Proven ability to create clear, compelling, and tailored content for various platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters, websites).
Excellent command of written English (and Bahasa Indonesia, if applicable).
Strong storytelling skills and familiarity with brand voice, particularly within the hospitality/property sectors.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
