Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Administration or Psychology from a reputable university

• 5 years of experience as HR Supervisor or HR Manager

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Certified in HRD Management (BNSP or International)

• Willing to travel to remote area with multicultural life

Job Description:

1. Develop, plan and implement policies, company regulations and company procedures regarding employment and update if necessary.

2. Managing HR Dept. and staff development program.

3. Create, implement, evaluate & develop employee training programs.

4. Develop, integrate and implement HR strategies to maximize employee and organizational effectiveness.

5. Manpower regulatory affairs.

6. Weekly and monthly report to CEO.

7. Monitor, control and evaluate the implementation of company rules and regulation.
