About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to help us attract and secure top talent for our dynamic and growing organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Department Heads to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in HR recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Department Heads, and E-commerce roles is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Global Hiring

Salary: $7-$8 per hour
