About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRD Restaurant to join our talented team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia in Jakarta. As the HRD Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our dynamic restaurant group. This full-time position will see you working closely with our operations and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class human resources solutions across our growing portfolio of restaurants.

What youll be doing

• Maintain and update employee records, including work history, transfers, and attendance.

• Support end-to-end HR administrative processes from recruitment documentation to onboarding and offboarding.

• Perform employee history checks and background verification when required by management.

• Ensure all employee data and documentation are accurate, complete, and in line with company policies and labor regulations.

• Assist in preparing regular HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal use.

• Provide administrative support for performance reviews, training activities, and contract renewals.

• Coordinate with operational teams to support HR needs across restaurant locations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR data.

What were looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or HR staff role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail industry.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with hands-on experience using HRIS and Microsoft Excel.

• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and discretion.
