Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, payroll, labor law, etc.)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding

  • Prepare payroll data for monthly disbursement monitor attendance and prepare payroll data for monthly.

  • Handle the registration and administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan

  • Responsible for handling expatriate documentation and permits

  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and consistenly adhered to, in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases

  • Familiar with general affairs duties (facility maintenance, office supplies, company assets, etc.)

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management for inquiries or issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a MUST

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HRGA role

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management, or other relevant fields

  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance

  • Basic knowledge of expatriates document handling

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Understanding of Startup working condition
