Human Resources & General Affair Officer
Job Overview
To manage day‑to‑day HR operations, general affairs, payroll, attendance, legal compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant operations across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
A. HR Administration & Payroll
• Administer payroll: collect data, calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, allowances.
• Process payroll accurately and on time; assist with payroll platform/tools.
• Manage leave, attendance system, and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
• Prepare, maintain, and update staff agreements, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and administration.
B. Leave, Attendance & Systems
• Administer attendance tracking system (e.g. fingerprint/online tools).
• Handle leave requests, medical certificates, and approvals.
• Maintain employee leave balances and records.
C. General Affairs
• Manage office operations: supplies, facilities, maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors for office services (cleaning, utilities, supplies).
• Coordinate events, meetings, employee activities, and office logistics.
D. Legal & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws (BPJS, K3, working hours, leave entitlements).
• Update staff policies and SOPs in accordance with regulations.
• Liaise with legal consultants or authorities as needed.
• Manage document archiving and statutory record‑keeping.
E. Reporting & Coordination
• Support the Operation Manager/Finance with HR data reports.
• Prepare ad hoc HR/GA reports: headcount, attendance, payroll, office spend, etc.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve HR/GA issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in HR & GA or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance obligations.
• Proficient with HRIS, digital attendance systems, MS Office.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity, especially with confidential data.
