Server

- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage choices.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurants ordering system.

- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring the correct preparation and timely delivery of orders to the table.

- Monitor the progress of food and drink orders, promptly addressing any delays or issues.

- Ensure the presentation and quality of food and beverages meet the restaurants standards.

- Check for guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests.

- Clear and reset tables in a timely fashion to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

- Prepare and process guest checks, including itemizing and presenting the bill.

- Handle payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payment methods.

- Collaborate with other staff members to provide a seamless dining experience.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of the restaurants menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards in handling and serving food and drinks.

- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, cleaning, and restocking.

- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, courteous, and responsive to guest needs.

Education:

• SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant/Banquet Server: 1 year (Preferred)
