Senior Host / Hostess

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Manage reservation platforms and waitlists (manual or digital)

• Assign seating based on guest needs and table availability

• Supervise and support junior hostesses to ensure consistent service standards

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with discretion and care

• Coordinate with the restaurant floor team to ensure smooth table turnover

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area

• Train and mentor new hostesses as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a hostess, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus

• Familiarity with reservation systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
