Job Vacancy: Pizza Master

Location: Public People, Bali

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Pizza Master to prepare delicious and high-quality pizzas at our Public People restaurant. If you love cooking and want to work in a creative environment where your work brings joy to people, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing pizza in a wood-fired oven according to the restaurants recipes and quality standards.

  • Controlling the proper preparation of dough and toppings.

  • Using equipment for pizza preparation, including the wood-fired oven, and adhering to safety standards.

  • Ensuring timely serving of pizzas and other ordered dishes.

  • Managing product inventory and ensuring its quality.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a pizza master.

  • Knowledge of different types of dough and pizza ingredients.

  • Experience with wood-fired ovens or a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to changes.

  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire to improve skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
