Human Resources Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Manage employee administration including attendance, leave, and personnel records.
Develop and execute employee training and development programs.
Create and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and documentation.
Handle industrial relations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Support internal company programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field.
2. Fluent in English writing and speaking
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
4. Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience in FMCG or retail industry is a plus.
