Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Human Resources Management strategies to support business operations.

  • Identify and define workforce needs aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Overseeing HR administration, including payroll, personnel records and HRIS management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a human resources managerial role.

  • Capable of aligning human resources strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Deep understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and ethical standards.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Preferably have experience developing newly company

  • Familiarity with HRIS

  • To be located in Bandung
