Job Requirements1. Industry Experience

  • Deep understanding of influencer economy and livestream mechanics.

2. Negotiation & Communication Skills
  • Strong business negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with influencers and agencies.

  • Skilled in resolving contract or partnership disputes.

3. Data-Driven Mindset
  • Proficient in Excel, SPSS, or analytics tools.

  • Able to analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies.

  • Data-oriented decision-making.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Relationship Management
  • Build long-term partnerships across video, livestream, and PK campaigns.

  • Lead all negotiations and communications.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Design influencer strategies aligned with brand goals.

  • Execute campaigns that support overall marketing objectives.

3. Influencer Screening & Analysis
  • Evaluate influencer fit based on data: content style, audience, influence.

  • Select ideal partners for each campaign.

4. Cross-Team Coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing, ops, and legal to manage project lifecycles.

  • Resolve execution issues efficiently.

5. Campaign Performance Tracking
  • Monitor engagement, impressions, conversions, etc.

  • Deliver reports and insights to guide future campaigns.

Detailed Responsibilities1. Influencer Resource Development
  • Source influencers from TikTok, IG, FB, etc.

  • Build and update a detailed influencer database (metrics, contact, rates).

2. Collaboration Proposal & Negotiation
  • Customize proposals based on product and campaign needs.

  • Negotiate IP, content terms, timelines, and pricing.

  • Secure formal agreements.

3. Project Execution & Support
  • Provide influencers with campaign briefs, visual assets, and tech support.

  • Ensure livestream hosts are fully prepped.

  • Coordinate during execution to resolve issues quickly.

4. Performance Review & Feedback Loop
  • Analyze post-campaign data and ROI.

  • Report findings to internal teams and influencers.

  • Collect mutual feedback to improve future collaborations.
