  • Proactively engage with potential clients via social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Utilize pre-scripted messages to initiate conversations and generate interest in the insurance services.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for insurance consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and appointment scheduling activities.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of messaging and outreach strategies.
Who You Are:
  • Experience in social media outreach and direct messaging.
  • Understanding of the insurance industry (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow pre-set scripts and adapt to different communication styles.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology.
  • Ability to work part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian is highly desirable.
