Were looking for an Integrated Strategy Lead to join our Oncology team and to drive our oncology portfolio forward through strategic brand planning, impactful scientific discussions, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and scientific positioning, including for launch readiness

• Drive the creation of high-quality, scientifically sound content for promotional and educational use, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards

External Engagement and Insight

• Partner with HCPs, medical association, and key stakeholders to gather insights that inform integrated brand strategies and campaigns

• Deliver impactful training to internal team, especially sales team, enhancing their scientific understanding and alignment with integrated brand strategy

• Collaborate with third party distributor and sales team to manage accurate demand forecast and inventory flow

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in science (Medical Doctor/ Pharmacy/ Biomedical)

• Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in Marketing preferred

• Strong knowledge of the Oncology therapeutic landscape

• Proven ability to translate science into strategic value

• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

• Has strong strategic and analytic thinking skills

• Eager to learn and able to quickly adapt with growth mindset

• Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written

• Willingness and ability to travel, depending on business needs
