Inventory Control (Available for Business Trips)

Aden Services - Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control professional to support multiple project sites across Indonesia. This mobile role offers a dynamic opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, and operational efficiency across our remote operations. As part of the Supply Chain team, you will provide analysis, conduct physical checks, and coordinate adjustments within our ERP system.

• Conduct regular physical inventory analysis to ensure alignment between system records and actual stock

• Compile and analyze stock opname reports, including identifying and explaining discrepancies

• Monitor and track stock movements (both system-based and manual), providing timely analysis and solutions

• Coordinate with site teams to resolve inventory data differences and improve transaction discipline

• Adjust transactions in ERP when discrepancies are found.

• Perform accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and issue transactions based on validated supporting documents

• Provide oversight for MR and GR in sites without a dedicated Storekeeper.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Monthly Inventory Counting activities

• Present findings, analysis, and corrective actions clearly to management

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables)

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to accuracy

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP, ERP, etc.) is a strong advantage

• Capable of working independently or in a team, with strong communication skills

• Comfortable presenting reports and findings to stakeholders
