Inventory & Purchasing Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage end-to-end inventory processes, including stocktaking, incoming and outgoing stock, and actual stock reconciliation.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide management with insights and recommendations on inventory control strategies.

  • Analyze demand forecasts and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure the timely availability of materials and products.

  • Oversee the processing of purchase orders, monitor procurement budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on the quality.

  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement and inventory needs and set inventory goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve procurement and inventory workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management/Management/Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to be placed in Bali.
