- Collaborate with planning teams to deliver best-in-class media buying strategies across channels (digital, TV, OOH, and more).
- Negotiate with media vendors and partners to maximize value and secure the best deals for clients.
- Monitor and track media investments, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
- Analyze media performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Stay sharp on market trends, media rates, innovations, and new opportunities to enhance client investment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in media buying, investment, or trading; ideally within an agency or media environment.
- Solid understanding of media channels, negotiation tactics, and buying principles.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset — you love numbers, deals, and driving value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Passion for media, curiosity to explore new trends, and a drive to push boundaries.
