Job Objective

    IT Application Support Supervisor is responsible to assist users in utilizing the Legacy application to ensure a seamless and efficient business process by securing data integrity, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, and providing support to the deployment and maintenance of legacy system. IT Application Support Supervisor serves to contribute to the overall stability and reliability of the Companys operations by providing expert support on legacy application system.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer, Information System, or other closely related major.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT or Data processing and 1 years of experience handling application and database system.
  • Good analytical & conceptual thinking.
  • Have planning & organizing skill.
  • Have leadership skill.
  • Good communication and initiative.

Able to work with others (teamwork).

Detail-oriented.
