IT Business Partner

• Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT department, and outside vendors to ensure successful business process and introductions across the organization
• Understand business challenges, priorities, and objectives to align IT strategies, also ensuring timely delivery and business alignment
• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to document business needs and system requirements
• Creates proposals with plans addressing a specific aspect of the business operation and the technology that supports it
• Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) client needs
• Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, and in the media best suited to their requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT business partnering, IT strategy, or a related role
• Experience in business requirement gathering and IT solution design, and able to translate business needs into IT requirements
• Experience in both Consultancy and Business IT environment would be advantageous
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams
