IT PMO Associate Manager

• Oversee project status and resource availabilities to ensure all projects can be managed and completed within timeline.
• Managed resource within its team to ensure that all Project Managers are utilized and measured in an effective way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio
• Perform project team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
• Create and maintain staffing plans.
• Ensures the team is properly trained and staffed to handle the projected workload, both from an internal staffing and external staffing support.
• Makes recommendations to management regarding long-term contractors and/or additions to staff.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
• Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled

• Six years of related experience highly preferable in payment Industry (Banks, Fintech or Financial Institutions).
• Experience in managing teams and direct subordinate
• Experience in managing IT Project Software Project is highly preferable.
• Bachelors degree required, preferrable in IT
