IT Supervisor

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee and maintain the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

• Monitor system and network performance, ensuring stability, security, and compliance.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to internal users.

• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Coordinate IT-related projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, or new software implementations.

• Manage data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and services.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend relevant improvements.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Familiar with cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and backup systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) are advantageous.
