Requirement :

  • A minimum of a high school education with a focus on Network Computer Technology (TKJ) is a plus

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field

  • Understanding of hardware and software

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, such as printers, PABX, CCTV, servers, and LAN networks

  • Ability to manage and maintain IT devices

  • Basic understanding of MikroTik is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess good communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team
