IT Support & Software Developer

We are a fast-growing retail company with a strong presence across Indonesia. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are currently looking for a highly skilled IT Support & Software Developer to join our Bandung-based head office and play a key role in driving our digital transformation and technology operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments, including troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

• Develop, test, and maintain internal applications and tools to support business operations (e.g., inventory systems, POS integration, reporting tools).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure systems are running efficiently.Implement regular system backups and disaster recovery plans.

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support and/or Software Development/Frontend and Backend.

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, JavaScript).

• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations.

• Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and cybersecurity principles.

• Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Willing to work full-time from our Bandung office (WFO)
