IT Support & Software Developer
We are a fast-growing retail company with a strong presence across Indonesia. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are currently looking for a highly skilled IT Support & Software Developer to join our Bandung-based head office and play a key role in driving our digital transformation and technology operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments, including troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Develop, test, and maintain internal applications and tools to support business operations (e.g., inventory systems, POS integration, reporting tools).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure systems are running efficiently.Implement regular system backups and disaster recovery plans.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support and/or Software Development/Frontend and Backend.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations.
Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and cybersecurity principles.
Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willing to work full-time from our Bandung office (WFO)
