Japanese Teacher Coordinator

• Continuously develop and improve the Japanese language curriculum and teaching materials
• Manage and support Japanese instructors and operational learning staff
• Ensure high-quality program execution, include scheduling and class delivery
• Provide feedback and coaching to teaching teams for continuous improvement
• Teach Japanese language classes from beginner to advanced levels (if needed)

• Minimum Qualifications: Hold JLPT N2 certification or equivalent, N3 or equals are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in Japanese language programs (experience in a training institution or LPK is a plus)
• Experience studying or working in Japan or working directly with Japanese expatriates will be preferred
• Willing to work hybrid (BSD, Tangerang Area)
